Ted Knox was licensed as a California Real Estate Broker in May, 2010.
A California native, Ted started his family in Southern California while finishing a bachelor's degree in Economics at San Diego State University. He relocated to the Auburn area with his wife and kids in 1993. Tina, Ted's wife, has had family in the Newcastle area for the last 60 years. Ted's children now represent the third generation to attend Placer High School in Auburn. Ted is 50% owner of a small sawmill in New York state where he also owns five rental properties. Buying and managing these properties has given him vital experience and understanding in how to identify current real estate values.
In 2009 Ted graduated with a master's degree in biblical counseling which he now uses as a volunteer counselor in his church in Meadow Vista. He has also coached as a volunteer for Auburn Youth Soccer and other soccer leagues on and off for the last fifteen years. Ted enjoys working with real estate and looks forward to helping you with your needs in this most interesting market. After getting a minor in Spanish from SDSU, Ted spent a year in Mexico City, so he is able to speak with you in Spanish if that is your preferred language.
