Fred Eichenhofer, licensed in 1986 by the state of California to sell real estate, is the Broker/Owner of Sierra Pacific Real Estate. He is also a licensed Notary Public.

Fred represents the fourth generation born and raised in California. It all began at Sutter's Creek, in the 1800's, where Fred's Great-Grandmother was born . He has been Vice President of a family casting business in Los Angeles, founded by his Grandfather, is currently President of a private corporation he founded in 1974, and founder/owner of Sierra Pacific Real Estate. He is Past-President of La Canada Flintridge Rotary Club, located in Southern California, in addition to holding several Committee Chairs. Fred served on the Board of Trustees at his church in Southern California. Currently he is a member of Foothill Christian Fellowship, in Meadow Vista. He teaches Metal Technology 30 Foundry, at Sierra Community College part time in the evenings.

Fred has been involved in land acquisitions for clients in the Los Angeles County area for multi-family uses and the Placer County area for rural subdivision. He has supervised his own building projects. Fred has a well-rounded, working knowledge of the real estate business, for the acquisition of multi-family and rural land, the subdividing of land, building processes, some commercial and industrial experience, and working with Buyers and Sellers for their residential needs.
